- Learn how to properly read labels/calorie counting/figure out your custom calories for fat loss
-10K Steps Daily -NON NEGOTIABLE
-GET OUT OF THE ALL OR NOTHING MINDSET
WEEK 2: EXECUTE
-Build on the habits from Week 1
-Introduce my healing focus + plate method (build a healthy plate)
-Introduce meals that are still enjoyable (yes-free recipes from me!)
-Body weight workouts at home (no weights, no problem)
WEEK 3: LIFESTYLE
-Introduce Water Goal (100oz Daily)
-Continue the workouts and nutrition support
-Feel better than you ever have without tons of restriction
